目的:研究柴芩清宁胶囊与感冒灵胶囊对脂多糖(LPS)及干酵母大鼠发热模型的解热作用。方法:制备大鼠100μg/kg LPS发热模型及20%干酵母发热模型,给药后观察大鼠体温变化,计算平均最大体温上升高度(△T)及体温反应指数(TRI),绘制平均升温曲线。结果:柴芩清宁胶囊胶囊(278、556、1112 mg/kg)及感冒灵胶囊(309、618、1236 mg/kg)各剂量组对LPS及干酵母大鼠发热模型均具有显著解热作用,且均存在一定剂量效应关系。结论:柴芩清宁胶囊与感冒灵胶囊对LPS及干酵母大鼠发热模型均具有解热作用,但解热特点有所不同,柴芩清宁胶囊解热作用持久但起效较慢,感冒灵胶囊解热起效迅速,但维持时间较短。 Objective: To study the antipyretic effect of Chai Qin Qing Ning capsule and Ganmailing capsule on fever model of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and dry yeast in rats.
