本文在5kg级的竖炉热模拟装置上,研究了铁矿粉和煤粉直接喷入竖炉内进行熔融还原的可能性、竖炉的结构及工艺特点、主要的操作参数及产品质量。研究表明,采用双排风口供风,上风口喷矿,下风口喷煤的工艺是可行的。上下排风口的风量配比应适宜,上风口应有较大的风速,下风口应有较大的风量。矿粉喷入量应与预还原度、风温、风量、鼓风含氧量及喷煤比相适应。采用碱度1.0~1.2的炉渣能获得含硫在0.04%的合格生铁。鼓风含氧40%时,竖炉炉顶煤气含CO+H_2可达60~70%以上。
In this paper, the 5kg-class vertical furnace thermal simulation device, the iron ore powder and pulverized coal injection directly into the furnace for reduction of the possibility of melting, the shaft furnace structure and process characteristics, the main operating parameters and product quality. The research shows that it is feasible to adopt dual-air vents for air supply, upper air vents and lower air vents. The upper and lower exhaust air volume ratio should be appropriate, the outlet should have a greater wind speed, the next outlet should have a larger air volume. The amount of ore powder injected should be consistent with the pre-reduction, air temperature, air volume, blast oxygen content and coal injection ratio. Alkalinity of 1.0 to 1.2 using slag to obtain sulfur content of 0.04% of qualified pig iron. Blast 40% oxygen, shaft furnace top gas containing CO + H_2 up to 60 ~ 70%.
