在电杆钢模使用中,有时会因钢模质量问题或生产使用不当而使联接法兰与筒体连接处的焊缝断裂,使钢模无法使用。在修理时,一般需用大车床对筒身进行整体加工,但目前一般厂家都没有大车床,因此,给修理工作带来了困难。本人经过多年的生产实践,总结了修理钢模破损法兰的方法,经过实际使用,效果良好,修理步骤如下: 1、落成整圆坯件,确定法兰内孔尺寸及联接螺栓孔中心位置。 2、气割内孔至要求尺寸,并割出焊接坡口,用砂轮打磨渣刺、氧化皮等。 3、以内孔中心为基准,车加工外圆,止口及端面,然后再钻孔。 4、将整个钢模的半片水平放置于支架
