搞好饲草生产,就是要加强天然草地的开发利用和培育改良,积极利用一切适宜种草的荒山、荒坡、荒沟、荒滩,大搞人工种草。同时必须重视牧草良种的繁育工作,种好牧草种子田,为扩大种植提供大量优质牧草种子。一、栽培管理(一)设好隔离区。现在生存的多数牧草,都是天然异花授粉作物。在其种子繁殖过程中,容易产生天然杂交,引起生物学上的混乱,常常失去了品种原有的特性.所以牧草种子田应设隔离区,防止天然杂交。隔离区的大小依牧草的种类不同而异。
