由中国铁道学会减速顶调速系统委员会、云南省铁道学会、铁道部第二勘测设计院联合组织召开的《减速顶调速系统面向21世纪》研讨会,1999年10月16日至18日在昆明召开.参加会议的有41个单位84位领导和科技人员代表,交流学术论文52篇.这次研讨会是在中国铁路减速顶研制25周年之际胜利召开的,也是本世纪末最后一次研讨中国铁路减速顶事业进一步发展的盛会.尊敬的、德高望重、88岁高龄的老部长廖诗权同志不辞辛劳亲临会议指导,满怀喜悦心情对中国铁路减速顶事业取得的成就作了很高评价,并语重心长的希望中国铁路减速顶事业在下一世纪取得更大成就,跨上一个新台阶,更好地为中国铁路运输服务. 迈向国际市场为中国人民争光.铁道部运输局和工程设计鉴定中心的领导也在会上肯定了减速顶的成就并提出了今后的发展希望.二院领导为支持这次研讨会的成功召开服好务作了热情洋溢的表态.归纳这次研讨会交流的学术论文,主要内容和建议有下列三方面:
