合并应用作用于卵巢部位的和作用于子宫部位的合成前列腺素,注射于月经周期28天的妊娠恒河猴,所有的猴都终止了妊娠。单纯应用一种前列腺素,即使剂量较高,只有1/3猴终止妊娠。应用最有效的药,即5-氧-17-苯基-18,19,20-trinor前列腺素F_1α甲酯加上9-去氧-16,16-二甲基-9-亚甲基前列腺素E_2,仅给药一次即能迅速地终止早孕,没有副作用。
The combined application of prostaglandin, a synthetic prostaglandin that acts on the ovary and on the uterus, is injected into the pregnant rhesus monkeys of the 28-day menstrual cycle and all monkeys terminate the pregnancy. A simple application of a prostaglandin, even at higher doses, only 1/3 monkey termination of pregnancy. The most potent drugs are the 5-oxo-17-phenyl-18,19,20-trinor prostaglandin F-1 alpha methyl ester plus 9-deoxy-16,16-dimethyl-9-methylene prostaglandin E_2, just once administration that can quickly terminate early pregnancy, no side effects.
