广州重型机器厂林修学:在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业厂长(经理)应自觉实现几个转变:从“官员型”向“商贾型”转变;从“眼从、执行型”向“自主、开拓型”转变;以“封闭、家长型”向“开放、民主型”转变;从专家式的“指挥员型”向复合式的“教练员型”转变。按照这四个转变的要求,企业厂长(经理)至少,应该具备以下5种素质:一是要有“运筹帷幄之中,决胜千里之外”的谋略和胆识。考虑问题时应从长远着想,不搞短期行为;重大决策上既要善于抓住机遇,果敢善断,又要有较强的民主意识、科学意识,减少或避免决策的失误。二是要有广博的知识和驾驭全局的管理才能。除了有一两门专业的知识和技能外,还要懂得和掌握其它方面的更多知识,包括熟练掌握一门或多门外语,以提高生产经营乃至同外商
