塔式起重机钢结构件不同于一般机械零件,它不仅外形尺寸大,而且容易产生较大的焊接变形。在组焊塔式起重机钢结构件时,夹具起着极其重要的作用。这里,就我厂生产的QT25型塔式起重机的臂架组焊夹具作一介绍。
The steel structure of the tower crane is different from the general mechanical parts. It not only has a large size, but also easily produces a large welding deformation. The fixture plays an extremely important role in the assembly of tower crane steel components. Here, we will introduce the jigs for welding the QT25 tower cranes produced by our factory.
