学前教育是一个人和一个社会终身教育的基础,随着物质和文化生活的日渐丰富,学前教育事业迎来了久违的春天。但是,幼儿教育中隐藏的问题开始越来越多的显露出来,我国的大中城市“入园贵”“入园难”已经让家长和政府不能不对其“格外关注”。这些问题迫切要求社会范围内的普惠性幼儿园的建设。主要应用文献法,通过对普惠性学前教育的概念界定,发展路径的总结,建设措施研究,为重新审视学前教育中政府、家长、社会的治理提供了一种新的理论视角和经验支持。希望通过对普惠性学前教育发展路径的研究,为普惠性学前教育的发展提供适当可行的建议,为中国大部分地区普惠性学前教育的发展提供一些借鉴。
Pre-school education is the foundation of lifelong education for a person and a society. With the increasing material and cultural life, pre-school education ushers in a long absence. However, the hidden problems in early childhood education are beginning to show more and more. The large and medium-sized cities in our country, such as “admission to the park” and “difficulty in admission to the park”, have already caused parents and the government to criticize their . These problems urgently require the building of inclusive kindergartens within the community. The main application of the literature method, through the definition of inclusive pre-school education, development path summary, construction measures study, to provide a new theoretical perspective and experience support for re-examination of the government, parents and society in preschool education. It is hoped that through the research on the path of development of universal pre-school education, we can provide appropriate and feasible suggestions for the development of universal pre-school education and provide some references for the development of universal pre-school education in most parts of China.
