采用虚拟仪器的方式,在速度较低的采集卡上快速、简便而准确地实现了自扫描光电二极管信号峰值的采集,提出了两种实现方法。并通过实验证实了其中用SSPD延时后的φ时钟代替数据采集卡内部时钟,完成SSPD信号峰值采集的方法是可行的。
By means of virtual instrument, the acquisition of peak value of self-scanning photodiode signal is realized quickly, simply and accurately on the slower acquisition card, and two methods are proposed. It is feasible to use the φ clock delayed by SSPD instead of the internal clock of data acquisition card to complete the peak signal acquisition of SSPD signal.
