本文基于专门用途英语需求分析理论,就商务英语专业人才培养目标,提出浙江省商务英语专业创新人才培养模式。文章首先探讨了浙江省跨境电子商务英语人才培养的市场需求,之后重点从教育理念、理论研究和管理与运行机制等方面探讨如何进行商务英语人才培养模式的改革与创新。 Based on the theory of English for Specific Purposes, this essay puts forward the mode of cultivating innovative talents of business English major in Zhejiang Province based on the goal of cultivating business English professionals. The article first explores the market demand for English trainees in cross-border e-commerce in Zhejiang Province, and then discusses how to carry out the reform and innovation of business English personnel training mode from the aspects of educational philosophy, theoretical research, management and operation mechanism.
