采用PPS抽样法抽取全县病区122名8～10岁学生进行碘营养状况调查,甲状腺肿大率触诊法3.17％,B超法4.75％;尿碘中位数322.4μg/L,尿碘值<100μg/L和>500μg/L的分别占6.1％和10.6％ ;盐碘≥20mg/kg占93.65％;TSH<5mIU/L占88.38％,结果表明该目标人群碘营养状况良好,几个主要指标已达到消除碘缺乏病的标准。
The PPS sampling method was used to select 122 students aged 8-10 years in the county to conduct iodine nutrition survey. The thyroid goiter rate was 3.17% and the B-ultrasonography was 4.75%.
