By using the research methods of psychology and education in surveying, this paper studies the mentality of ordinary middle school students in PE in our school and finds out the alienation phenomenon of ordinary middle school students’ learning psychology. It also reveals the influence of alienation mentality on physical education teaching effect, Countermeasure of Student Alienation Mentality
