青海铝业有限责任公司是中国铝业公司下属的大型电解铝生产企业,是国家“七五”、“八五”期间由我国自行设计建设的国内最大现代化电解铝厂之一。公司总设计规模为年产重熔用铝锭20万吨,预焙阳极炭块12.6万吨,生产工艺先进、设备精良。电解铝生产系统采用冰晶石——氧化铝熔盐电解工艺。主体设备为160KA大型中间下料预焙阳极电解槽(共520台),采用自行开发的具有国际先进水平的160KA预焙槽智能模糊控制技术进行控制,配套有多功能联合机组进行辅助作业。整流变压器、烟气净化装置、氧化铝输送、混捏机、振动成型机等主要设备分别从瑞士、德国、日本、荷兰等国引进。预焙阳极生产系
