笔者通过本文对部分江苏省司法警官高等职业学校的在校学生,以及毕业后进入司法行政系统工作学生及任课教师、专家的问卷调查、访谈等研究方法得出结论显示:江苏省司法警官高等职业学校警体课程非常缺乏,课时总数偏低,各专业之间存在课时与内容不平衡的情况,影响了学生学习积极性与潜力的发挥,不利于学生掌握专业知识和技能。毕业生的知识体系不够完备,警察体育课程教学与工作实际结合不够紧密,缺少从工作和实战需求出发,应当根据学生职业需求分析,科学设置课程体系,培养出学以致用的警务化专业人才。

The knowledge system of graduates is not complete enough. The combination of teaching and work in police physical education curriculum is not enough. The lack of work and actual needs, based on the analysis of students’ career needs, setting the curriculum system scientifically and training policing professionals .
