我院自1980～1982年间对多发性、复杂性肾结石应用肾原位冰冻、阻断肾动脉、进行肾部分切除及实质切开取石术,增加了保存肾脏和保护肾功能的机会,为今后进一步开展现代肾脏外科技术和采取多种低温措施、创造了良好条件。特结合本组病例临床应用结果报告如下:
