欣闻七届全国人大常委会第二十六次会议已批准我国政府加入《伯尔尼保护文学和艺术作品公约》(以下简称《伯尔尼公约》)和《世界版权公约》,这是完善我国著作权法律体系的又一重要步骤。《伯尔尼公约》和《世界版权公约》是目前国际上两个影响广泛的著作权公约。我国加入这两个公约,有利于扩大对外开放,促进我国与外国在科技、文化、经济贸易等方面的交流与合作,也有利于我国作品在国际上得到切实的法律保护。这件重要的大事,引起了笔者对我国著作权法中两个问题的一点思考。因年事已高,恐考虑不周,只能姑作浅谈,以就正于高明 I am pleased to hear that the Twenty-sixth Session of the Seventh NPC Standing Committee has approved our government’s accession to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (the Berne Convention) and the Universal Copyright Convention Another important step.
