这位被当地人誉为“学者市长”的熊清华是一位地地道道的学者。他曾是云南省政府研究室、省政协研究室的研究员、华中科技大学和云南几所大学的经济学教授、硕士研究生导师。
Xiong Qinghua, whom the locals call “Mayor of Scholars,” is an out-and-out scholar. He was a researcher at Yunnan Provincial Government, a researcher at the provincial CPPCC research laboratory, an economics professor and master tutor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and several Yunnan universities.
