课程改革推进多年,新的教学理念已被广泛接受和实施。课堂上教师的提问多了,小组讨论多了,学生展示多了,学生动手多了,呈现出师生积极互动的良好场面。但是最近到学校听课,感觉很多老师在对小组讨论的理解和操作上还没有完全抓住要领,或重形式轻实质、或重数量轻质量、或急于求成、或效率低下。看来,“知”是一回事,“行”又是一回事。华东师大吴亚萍教授很形象地提炼出课堂教学中小组讨论的某些现象及误区,即:简单问题对对答案,复杂问题抄抄答案,开放问题凑凑答案。本
Curriculum reform for many years, the new teaching philosophy has been widely accepted and implemented. Teachers in the classroom more questions, more group discussions, students show more, students more hands-on, showing a positive interaction between teachers and students a good scene. Recently, however, I came to school for a class. I feel that many teachers are still not fully grasp the essentials of group discussions or are light weight, light weight, or anxious for success or inefficient.
