目的:探讨老年患者机械通气中通气量报警的原因及对策。方法:总结分析我院187例老年患者机械通气中通气量报警的原因。结果:每分钟呼气量低限报警151例次,每分钟呼气量高限报警36例次。结论:及时、准确地判断和排除呼吸机的报警,是提高危急重症患者抢救的存活率和机械通气成功率的关键。
Objective: To explore the causes and countermeasures of ventilation alarm in elderly patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods: The causes of ventilation alarm in mechanical ventilation in 187 elderly patients in our hospital were summarized and analyzed. Results: There were 151 cases of exhaled breath limit per minute and 36 cases of high exhalation volume per minute. Conclusion: The timely and accurate judgment and elimination of the ventilator alarm is the key to improve the survival rate and the success rate of mechanical ventilation in critically ill patients.
