我院自1992年以来应用复方丹参注射液治疗视网膜中央静脉或分支静脉阻塞疾病30例30眼,疗效显著,报告如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 30例均为住院患者,资料完整,诊断可靠。其中男13例,女17例,年龄46岁～72岁,平均65岁;视网膜中央静脉阻塞3例,视网膜分支静脉阻塞27例。 1.2 治疗方法 10％葡萄糖溶液500mi加复方丹参注射液16ml,静脉滴注,qd,10d为一个疗程,根据病情,可用2个疗程～3个疗程。 1.3 疗效评定标准 参照1987年中华中医学会全国眼科学会“血证”专题第二次学术会议制定的“眼底出血疗效标准”。显效:视力恢复至>5.0或发病前水平,或视力提高>4行,眼内出血基本吸收或大部分吸收,眼底荧光血管造影静脉明显改善或正常。
