泡沫水泥固井是欠平衡钻井配套应用的主要技术之一 ,可以防止因固井对产层带来的污染 ,避免压漏地层 ;与常规水泥相比 ,泡沫水泥浆形成的水泥环具有一定的塑性 ,因而能够防止后期射孔造成的水泥环破坏。在气井钻井中 ,常常采用这一技术 ,但在需要保护产层和易漏地层 ,泡沫水泥技术也正在得到更为广泛的应用。本文通过美国怀俄明州 6口天然气深井使用泡沫水泥和普通水泥的实例对比 ,较好地说明了泡沫水泥的优点和潜在的成本节约
