工民建是工业和民用建筑的统称;在实际工作的过程中,提升工民建工程造价管理工作的力度,在保证工民建工程整体性质量的过程中起到的作用是较为重要的,与此同时也是可以在工民建后续各个环节中的工作顺利开展的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用,并且在此基础之上也使得工民建工程预算造价管理工作的效率大幅度提升,因此也是可以为企业带来一定的经济效益。笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,首先分析我国工民建造价管理工作有效性水平低下的诱发因素,在此基础之上提出了工民建造价管理工作进行的过程中应当使用到的措施,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中做出一定的贡献。

Based on the actual work experience and related literature records, the author firstly analyzes the inducing factors of the low level of effectiveness of the construction cost management in our country, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions that should be used in the process of construction cost management Measures and hopes that they can play a certain role in drawing lessons from the analysis of this issue by relevant staffs in the future and will eventually make some contribution in the process of promoting the progress of social and economic development in our country.
