我厂原十字头圆销修理工艺:退套-电探-换新套再压装。但压套时配合尺寸过紧往往裂套,这种退套检查,既费工,又费料。为解决上述矛盾,我们试验成功不退套超声波探伤新工艺。节约工时不计,仅钢套费每月省二千余元。裂纹产生的规律和部位十字头圆销在机车运行中,要承受由于摇杆往复运动产生的交变剪切力和扭矩应力。在这些应力长期作用下,造成圆销镶套部位和油孔外口处的横向裂纹的产生(如图1)。另外因旧工艺中装套时原油孔不易对准,只好另打φ6mm油孔(修理工艺中规定:油孔不准超过二个)。这不仅减弱销壁强度,同时增加了裂
