2015年7月10日,由中共中央宣传部指导,光明日报社、中国人民大学、中国伦理学会共同主办的“核心价值观百场讲坛”第二十六场活动在南水北调中线工程渠首河南省淅川县举行。中共河南省委原书记、中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程咨询委员会主任徐光春作了题为《社会主义核心价值观与移民精神》的演讲,并与现场观众和网友进行了互动。徐光春围绕社会主义核心价值观、南水北调移民精神、新时代培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的启示等三个方面进行了阐释。他指出,河南移民精神的形成和发展,造就了伟大的南水北调
On July 10, 2015, under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, Guangming Daily, Renmin University of China and the China Ethics Association, the 26th session of the “Core Values Baikun Forum” was held in the forefront of the South-North Water Diversion Project in Henan Xichuan County held. Xu Guangchun, former secretary of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and director of the Central Marxist Theoretical Research and Construction Advisory Committee, delivered a speech titled “The Socialist Core Values and the Migrants Spirit” and conducted an interactive discussion with the audience and netizens on the scene. Xu Guangchun elaborated on three aspects: the core values of socialism, the spirit of immigration in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the inspiration of nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism in the new era.
