采用多膛炉中试装置制备活性炭产品的研究表明,在不提高活化层温度条件下,在一定范围内增加炭化料在炉内的停留时间,可以适当提高活性炭产品的吸附性能;通入水蒸汽增加活化层数可以在一定程度上增加活性炭产品的碘值;活化温度对制备活性炭产品的影响最为明显,将活化层的最高温度提升至948℃可制得碘值约910 mg/g的活性炭产品。
The research on the preparation of activated carbon products by the multi-hearth pilot plant shows that the residence time of the carbonized material can be increased within a certain range without increasing the temperature of the activated layer, and the adsorption performance of the activated carbon products can be appropriately increased. The activated layer can increase the iodine value of activated carbon product to a certain extent. The activation temperature has the most obvious influence on the preparation of activated carbon product. The activated carbon product with iodine value of about 910 mg / g can be obtained by increasing the maximum activation temperature to 948 ℃.
