本文对5年间430例急性脑血管病发病与各气象因子作单相关分析。其结果脑出血发病与异常气温、异常气压呈显著的正相关,与相对温度呈显著负相关。脑血栓发病与异常气温、异常气压,气压高低呈显著正相关。蛛网膜下腔出血与气温高低呈显著正相关。再对脑出血、脑血栓进行回归分析,选出其最优因子为异常气温。并据24节气时间的划分对急性脑血管病发病的高峰期进行了探讨。
In this paper, the incidence of 430 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease in five years and the meteorological factors for single-factor analysis. As a result, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was significantly positively correlated with abnormal temperature and abnormal pressure, and negatively correlated with relative temperature. The incidence of cerebral thrombosis and abnormal air temperature, abnormal pressure, air pressure was significantly positively correlated. Subarachnoid hemorrhage and the temperature was significantly positively correlated. Then on cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis regression analysis, select the optimal factor for abnormal temperature. According to 24 solar terms of the division of the peak incidence of acute cerebrovascular disease were discussed.
