采用理论与试验相结合的方法,研究了连杆衬套旋压成形过程中主要参数(减薄率、进给比、退火温度)对工件性能的影响。按正交试验方案进行了数控强力旋压。对试件进行了退火处理,测量并计算了试件的壁厚差、扩径量,测量了布氏硬度和强度。结果表明:旋压成形工艺参数对连杆衬套的扩径量、强度影响的主次顺序为:减薄率>退火温度>进给比。
The influence of the main parameters (thinning rate, feed ratio, annealing temperature) on the performance of the workpiece during the spinning process of the connecting rod bush was studied by the combination of theory and experiment. According to the orthogonal test program CNC strong spinning. The specimens were annealed, the wall thickness and diameter of the specimens were measured and calculated, and the Brinell hardness and strength were measured. The results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence of spinning process parameters on the expanding diameter and strength of the connecting rod bushing is as follows: thinning rate> annealing temperature> feed ratio.
