目的探讨自动功能成像(AFI)技术评价先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)患儿左室局部收缩功能的临床价值。方法应用AFI技术对35例甲低患儿(CH组)及30名年龄匹配的正常儿童(对照组)左室室壁各节段纵向运动进行检测,实时获取左室收缩纵向峰值应变(LPSS)及其心室各节段分析图(牛眼图)。结果与对照组比较,CH患儿左室前壁基底段,侧壁心尖段、室间隔基底段、中间段,后壁收缩纵向峰值应变明显减低(P<0.05)。两组间左室收缩功能常规参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用AFI技术可早期发现CH患儿局部收缩功能改变,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of automatic functional imaging (AFI) in evaluating left ventricular regional systolic function in children with congenital hypothyroidism (CH). Methods Longitudinal left ventricular wall motion was measured in 35 children with hypothyroidism (CH group) and 30 age-matched normal children (control group) by AFI technique. Left ventricular systolic longitudinal peak strain (LPSS) And the analysis of the various sections of the ventricle (bull’s eye diagram). Results Compared with the control group, the longitudinal peak strain of basilar segment, lateral apical segment, basal segment of medial septum, middle segment and posterior wall of CH children was significantly decreased (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the parameters of left ventricular systolic function between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The application of AFI technique can detect the changes of local systolic function in CH children early and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
