后勤工作是医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分,但长期以来,由于计划经济的限制,由于社会服务机制的不健全,导致医疗系统后勤工作的体系和机制无法满足医疗卫生机构的需求。我们不难发现,过去医疗卫生机构自己办后勤,什么事情都自己办,俨然是个小社会,表面上是方便了,实际上导致医院的后勤队伍越来越大,资源浪费也更加严重,工作效率极其低下,而领导者由于要花大量的精力处理一些繁杂的事务性工作,必然要影响正常的医务工作。针对此种情况,后勤改革工作已到了非改不可,刻不容缓的地步,而北京市卫生局10月12日在天坛医院召开的这次卫生系统后勤改革工作会议正是体现出了这样的决心!

The Health System Logistics Reform Conference convened by the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau at the Tiantan Hospital on October 12 has reflected this determination.
