June 13 this year, is the 10th anniversary of Song Zhenming, former minister of former oil minister’s death. The opening up of China’s offshore oil industry is inseparable from the concern of Minister Song. In the meantime, comrades of China National Offshore Oil Corporation wrote an article dedicated to commemoration.
