良好的电极丝动态性能是高速走丝多次切割加工的基础。本文首先分析影响电极丝动态性能的几个主要因素和减小电极丝振动的诸项措施，然后通过理论和实验证明降低电极丝的运丝速度，能够满足多次切割工艺的要求。
Good wire electrode dynamic performance is the basis for high-speed wire cutting many times. In this paper, the main factors that affect the dynamic performance of the electrode wire and the measures to reduce the vibration of the electrode wire are analyzed first. Then the theoretical and experimental results show that the wire speed can be reduced to meet the requirements of multiple cutting processes.
