随着社会生活的多元化,学生家庭背景和社会经验的差异不断扩大,学生之间的个体差异日渐显著,面对这样的差异,教育必须承认并尊重差异,然后做出相应的调整。本文从实践出发,结合自身分层走班教学的实施,对分层教学进行了一定的尝试,并对自身的教育教学实践过程进行思考。 With the diversification of social life, the differences in family background and social experience of students have been continuously expanded. Individual differences among students have become increasingly prominent. In the face of such differences, education must recognize and respect differences and then make corresponding adjustments. Based on the practice and combined with the implementation of the teaching of independent study in different levels, this paper attempts to make some attempts at teaching in different levels and ponders over its own teaching practice.
