清苑县白团中学前身是一所乡办中学。学校位于县城西5公里处的一片原野上,由于临近县城,生源薄弱,教师流动比较频繁。如何让这所学校焕发生机呢?一所学校要想发展,无论是教师,还是学生,都应先从德育工作抓起。为此,我校采取了以下措施。一、忠诚教育誓言不落空一所学校的发展,关键是教师队伍的发展。为了加强教师职业道德建设,打造一支政治坚定、品德高尚、学识渊博、为人师表的高素质教师队伍,我校通过定期政治学习和每周一的国旗下宣誓对教师进行师德教育。
Qingyuan County White Mission School formerly known as a rural high school. School is located 5 kilometers west of the county in a field, due to the nearby county, students are weak, teachers flow more frequently. How to make this school full of vitality? A school wants to develop, whether teachers, or students, should start with moral education. To this end, my school has taken the following measures. First, loyalty education vow not fade a school’s development, the key is the development of teachers. In order to strengthen the construction of teachers’ professional ethics and build a contingent of high-quality teachers who are politically determined, noble in character, rich in knowledge and mature, our school oversees the ethics education of teachers through regular political study and sworn-in oaths every Monday.
