C114 News Morning News of October 15 (Changshan) SMIC announced that its 45-nanometer complementary CMOS technology will extend to 40 nanometers and 55 nanometers. These new process technologies further enrich SMIC’s existing technological capabilities to better meet the needs of global customers, including the fast-growing Chinese market.
