利用扫描俄歇微探针对显象管用三元氧化物阴极的反常电子像作了分析,发现阴极表面的失效部分主要为钙的富集。这与通常认为钡的蒸发形成阴极寿命终了的估计完全不同。实验还表明,这种钙的富集与阴极表面形貌并无一定的联系。
The use of scanning Auger microprobe on the CRT with ternary oxide cathode anomalous electronic image was analyzed and found that the failure of the cathode surface of the main part of the calcium enrichment. This is completely different from the estimation that the evaporation of barium forms the end of the cathode life. Experiments also show that this enrichment of calcium and cathode surface morphology does not have a certain connection.
