孚尔默成立于在1909年,最早经营用于锯齿刀片修整的磨齿机,目前产品包含应用于木工加工行业和金属加工行业锯片和工具的磨削和电火花机器。在该集团从单一的木材加工进入到金属加工业的发展历程中,逐步发展了刃磨、测量等业务,并在电火花和刃磨技术、激光加工等新型技术的导入上不遗余力。经过百年发展,他们今天的销售额已经达到1.05亿欧元。目前,销售额的61%仍在欧洲市场,亚洲市场约为20%。2009年6月18日至19日,孚尔默(太仓)机械有限公司技术研讨会在其太仓厂区内成功举办,这也是Vollmer集团迎接100周年的系列庆典活动组成部分。为了更好了解木工机械行业发展趋势,本刊记者在会后对VOLLMER集团CEO Stefan Brand博士进行了专访。
Founded in 1909 as the first gear grinding machine for serrated blade dressing, VOLLMER currently offers grinding and EDM machines for saw blades and tools for the woodworking industry and the metalworking industry. In the course of its development from a single wood processing industry to a metal processing industry, it has gradually developed sharpening and measurement businesses and spared no efforts in introducing new technologies such as spark and sharpening technologies and laser processing. After a century of development, their sales today have reached 105 million euros. At present, 61% of sales are still in the European market, while the Asian market is about 20%. From June 18 to June 19, 2009, the technical seminar of Vormer (Taicang) Machinery Co., Ltd. was successfully held in its Taicang factory area, which is also part of Vollmer Group’s 100th anniversary celebration series.
