4月13日、14日,由中国国家知识产权局(SIPO)和法国工业产权局(INPI)共同举办的“1988年中法知识产权研讨会”在北京召开。来自法国及我国知识产权界180余名代表,参加了研讨会。高卢麟局长、马连元副局长、法国工业产权局昂卡尔局长出席并主持了研讨会。高卢麟局长致开幕词,法国驻华大使毛磊会并讲话。 本次会议,中法两国知识产权界的同行就两国高新技术领域里的知识产权保护问题,进行交流
On April 13 and 14, the “China-France Seminar on Intellectual Property in 1988” co-hosted by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and the French Industrial Property Institute (INPI) was held in Beijing. Over 180 delegates from France and China's intellectual property community attended the seminar. Director Gao Lulin, Deputy Director Ma Liangyuan and Director General Ancal of the French Industrial Property Office attended and presided over the seminar. Secretary Gao Lulin delivered an opening speech and French Ambassador to China Mao Lei made a speech. At this meeting, colleagues from the intellectual property community of China and France exchanged views on intellectual property protection in high-tech fields between the two countries
