一般认为金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)无内毒素,金葡菌感染时鲎试验(LLT)应为阴性。我院收治金葡菌败血症一例LLT 强阳性,现报导如下。患者女,48岁,住院号84-1646。因畏寒发热2天于1984年11月3日入院。体检:T37.5℃,P120次,BP86/60。神清,左睑结膜,上腭及胸部可见针尖样出血点,双足跟多处裂口,肺部(-),心率120次,律齐无杂音,肝肋下1.5cm,质软无触痛,脾肋下1 cm。实验室检查:Hb8.5g,WBC13600,N92%,L5%,异淋3%。尿常规:蛋白(?),RBC(?)。入院诊断:
