日本民间将无花果(Ficus carica L.)的干果用作缓泻剂,茎和叶柄中的乳汁外用治痔疮,干叶煎水内服驱虫,外用治神经痛。无花果的叶含有多种成份。其中,补骨脂素与精油的酚性成份均有抗细菌和真菌的作用。此外,文献还报道叶的石油醚可溶部份含有一种结晶,能显著降低兔、狗、猫的血压。本文作者进一步将此粗结晶(Ⅱ)通过氧化铝层析,得到以补骨脂素(Ⅲ)和佛手烯(Ⅳ)
