目的建立复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%乙酸(50∶50);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:293nm。结果氯霉素在0.02506~0.4010mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.8%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.2%。水杨酸在0.02520~0.4032 mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率99.9%,RSD为1.6%。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于同时测定复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol solution. Methods RP-HPLC was used. The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid : 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength: 293 nm. Results Chloramphenicol showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.02506 ~ 0.4010 mg / ml, r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 99.8% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.2%. Salicylic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.02520 ~ 0.4032 mg / ml with r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 99.9% and the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate and can be used for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol solution.
