[ 目的 ]通过检测乳腺癌及其癌前病变中 p5 3,bcl 2 ,c myc蛋白的表达 ,探讨其在乳腺组织恶性转化进程中的作用 .[方法 ]应用免疫组织化学方法原位观察了 31例乳腺癌 ,2 0例乳腺不典型增生 ,2 0例乳腺单纯性增生中p5 3 ,bcl 2 ,c myc蛋白的表达 ,以 8例正常组织作对照 .[结果 ]p5 3,c myc蛋白在乳腺癌中阳性率分别为 6 7% ,6 4% ,均高于正常组织 ;在乳腺不典型增生中阳性率分别为 5 0 % ,5 0 % ,也高于正常组织 ;在乳腺单纯性增生中阳性率分别为 40 % ,30 % .bcl 2蛋白在乳腺癌、乳腺不典型增生及单纯性增生中阳性率分别为 77% ,85 % ,90 % .[结论 ]p5 3 ,c myc蛋白的过表达、bcl 2蛋白的表达降低在乳腺组织恶性转化进程中起重要的作用
[Objective] To explore the role of p53, bcl2, and c-myc proteins in the detection of breast cancer and its precancerous lesions, and to explore its role in the malignant transformation of breast tissue. [Methods] In situ observation using immunohistochemical methods31 Cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of the breast, 20 cases of breast hyperplasia, p53, bcl2, c myc protein expression, 8 cases of normal tissue as a control. [Results] p5 3, c myc protein in The positive rates in breast cancer were 6 7% and 6 4%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal tissues. The positive rates in breast atypical hyperplasia were 50% and 50%, respectively, and were also higher than normal tissues. In simple breast hyperplasia The positive rates were 40% and 30% respectively. The positive rates of .bcl 2 protein in breast cancer, breast atypical hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia were 77%, 85%, and 90%, respectively. [CONCLUSIONS] p5 3, c myc protein Overexpression and decreased expression of bcl 2 protein play an important role in the malignant transformation of breast tissue
