崔永军,1974年10月生,湖北省黄梅县人,大专学历,中国烹饪协会会员,绿色厨艺大使,全国高级职业经理人。1993年开始学习烹饪技术,1995年任厨师长,1999年任北京九头鸟酒家行政总厨,2001年任北京九头鸟酒店管理有限公司技术总监、行政总厨,2003年任北京九头鸟酒店管理有限公司执行董事、副总经理。
