中国小企业与大市场对接的问题主要表现在 :(1)小企业规模的非经济性增加了与越来越开放的大市场对接的难度 ;(2 )低下的产品集中度与较高的同构性使小企业面临正在崛起中的大企业的冲击 ;(3)低水平“过度竞争”增加了小企业与大市场对接的成本 ;(4)落后的产业组织形式使小企业丧失对接国际大市场的机会 ;(5 )小企业与大市场对接的环境日趋严峻 ,对接高级化势在必行
