采用旋转滴法测定了有机碱乙醇胺与胜利油田5个不同区块原油间的动态界面张力,并对比分析了有机碱和无机碱对原油界面张力的影响。实验结果表明,乙醇胺与原油中的酸性组分反应,能够有效降低油水界面张力,在适宜条件下达到超低界面张力。原油中酸性组分的含量和结构是影响有机碱与原油间界面张力的关键因素。无论有机碱还是无机碱,对于同一种原油,碱性越弱,与原油有效作用的pH值就越低。
The rotational interfacial method was used to determine the dynamic interfacial tension between crude oil in five different blocks of organic alkali ethanolamine and Shengli oilfield. The effects of organic bases and inorganic alkali on the interfacial tension were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the ethanolamine reacts with the acidic components of crude oil, which can effectively reduce the interfacial tension of oil and water and achieve ultra-low interfacial tension under appropriate conditions. The content and structure of acidic components in crude oil are the key factors affecting the interfacial tension between organic bases and crude oil. Regardless of organic or inorganic base, for the same crude oil, the weaker the alkalinity, the lower the pH effective for the crude oil.
