为了合理的评估混凝土桥面板的性能状态,预测其剩余寿命和确定合适的养护、维修方案,通过混凝土桥面板性能退化成因分析和对已有桥面板性能退化模型的评价分析,经过指标转化,建立了实用的,满足实际工程精度要求的桥面板技术状况退化模型。该性能退化模型显示,混凝土桥面板的平均使用寿命在40~50 a。然后将此模型中的技术状况指标转换成与我国桥梁养护规范相对应的评价指标,结果表明:经过15~20 a,混凝土桥面板技术状况等级将由1类退化为2类,经过40 a左右,将继续退化为3类。以此退化模型为基础,制定了混凝土桥面板的养护方案,提出了与我国桥梁养护规范相应的混凝土桥面板进行日常养护维修、重大维修和更换的初步的时间表,可供我国桥梁工程人员参考。

On the basis of this model, the maintenance scheme of concrete bridge deck was established and the preliminary schedule of routine maintenance and repair, major maintenance and replacement of concrete bridge deck corresponding to China’s bridge maintenance code was put forward, which can be used as a reference for bridge engineers in our country .
