目的了解丹霞地貌地区居民生活饮用水水质和水性疾病现况,为保护水源、科学改水、防治疾病提供依据。方法在仁化境内不同海拔高度区域,选择有一定代表性的10个水厂监测点进行监测。在水质监测区域收集水性疾病信息,分析水质情况与水性疾病流行病学特征,分析两者相关性。结果检测生活饮用水157份,总大肠菌群、浑浊度合格率分别为31.21%、60.51%、是影响水质合格率的主要原因。总大肠菌群、浑浊度、菌落总数合格率在不同区域比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关分析显示p H、菌落总数合格率与海拔高度呈负相关(r=-0.830,P<0.05;r=-0.740,P<0.05)。介水传染病有一定的流行病学特征,不同区域介水传染病发病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),伤寒和副伤寒、其他感染性腹泻发病率与菌落总数合格率呈负相关(r=-0.670,P<0.05;r=-0.674,P<0.05)。慢性非传染性疾病与水质无显著关系。结论仁化地区水质与其他地质区或其他丹霞地貌地区比较,有一定特点和规律。该地区水源虽未受到化学性污染,但总大肠菌群合格率偏低,应引起足够重视。水质对水性疾病有一定影响,为减少水性疾病发生,仍需加强水质处理,加大饮水工程建设力度。
Objective To understand the drinking water quality and waterborne diseases of residents living in Danxia landform areas and to provide basis for protecting water sources, scientifically changing water and preventing diseases. Methods In Renhua territory of different altitudes, select a representative of 10 water monitoring points to monitor. Collect waterborne disease information in water quality monitoring areas, analyze water quality and epidemiological characteristics of waterborne diseases, and analyze the correlation between them. Results 157 samples of drinking water were tested. The total coliform bacteria and turbidity passing rate were 31.21% and 60.51% respectively, which was the main reason that affected the qualified rate of water quality. The total coliform, turbidity and total colony passing rate were significantly different in different regions (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the total passing rate of p H and colony was negatively correlated with altitude (r = -0.830 , P <0.05; r = -0.740, P <0.05). Prevalence of waterborne infectious diseases has some epidemiological characteristics, the incidence of waterborne infectious diseases in different regions, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), typhoid and paratyphoid fever, the incidence of other infectious diarrhea and the total number of colonies qualified Negative correlation (r = -0.670, P <0.05; r = -0.674, P <0.05). Chronic non-communicable diseases have no significant relationship with water quality. Conclusion Renhua area water quality and other geological areas or other Danxia landform areas, there are certain characteristics and laws. Although the water sources in the area have not been chemically contaminated, the total coliform passing rate is low, which should be given enough attention. Water quality has a certain impact on waterborne diseases. In order to reduce the occurrence of waterborne diseases, water quality treatment still needs to be strengthened to increase the construction of drinking water projects.
