目的了解高血压患者的心理特点，及时给予心理护理，提高治疗效果方法对100例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组.对照组单纯用药物治疗，而观察组在用药物治疗的基础上，给予心理分析、疏导、干预.结果观察组患者血压基本上控制在正常范围内，总有效率达96%.对照组患者血压控制的总有效率达82%.有统计学意义P <0.05.结论对高血压患者在用药的基础上进行有效的心理干预，可以使治疗效果得到进一步提高.“,”Objective To probe into influence psychological nursing care on patients with primary herpertension. Method 100patients with primary herpertension from 2001 to 2005 randomly enrolled experiment group that accepted psychological nursing and contrast group that accepted regular nursing. Results A series of psychological and physiological excellent indexs between two groups were compared.we found psychological nursing have a very obvious relaxing effect. Conclusion Strengthening the psychological care of primary herpertersion can enhance curative effect of primary herpertension.
