文章研究和分析了当前高职院校辅导员管理模式的现状,从现存辅导员考评模式的优缺点入手,阐述了加强考评制度改革的必要性,并提出了有效建议。
This paper studies and analyzes the current status of counselors management mode in vocational colleges. Starting with the advantages and disadvantages of existing counselors’ evaluation mode, this paper elaborates the necessity of strengthening the reform of appraisal system and puts forward some effective suggestions.
