目的了解宝鸡市市售食品生物性污染状况水平和趋势,进行食品安全风险评估和预警,为制定有效的食品监管措施提供依据。方法根据《2015年陕西省食品安全风险监测食品微生物及其致病因子国家计划项目监测工作方案》的监测方法和检验方法,采集和检验食品样本。结果在监测的7类340份食品中,共分离出6种74株食源性致病菌,总检出率为17.35%。结论宝鸡市食品已经不同程度地受到多种食源性致病菌的污染,应加强市售食品监督管理,以减少可能引起食源性疾病的危险因素。
Objective To understand the status and trend of the bio-contamination of food on the market in Baoji, evaluate and warn the food safety risk and provide the basis for establishing effective food regulatory measures. Methods The food samples were collected and tested according to the monitoring methods and test methods of the “Work Plan for Monitoring Food Microorganisms and Pathogenic Factors in Shaanxi Province for the Risk of Food Safety in 2015”. Results Sixty-four food-borne pathogens were isolated from 340 foodstuffs in seven categories. The total detection rate was 17.35%. Conclusion The food in Baoji City has been polluted by many kinds of food-borne pathogenic bacteria to varying degrees. The supervision and management of food in the market should be strengthened to reduce the risk factors that may cause food-borne diseases.
